Quite a few people have reached out and were asking:
What’s the big outcome / result that the “Anti-Virus for The Mind” mental health program provides?
Good question! Glad they asked…
Other than GETTING RID OF DEPRESSION, FAST and EASILY and literally GETTING YOUR LIFE BACK … improving your quality of life and getting out of the personal hell you’ve been living in your mind, well…
I asked some of my clients from the last few years. Here’s what that outcome sounds like from my client’s perspectives… with a few clarification notes…
Here’s what it’ll do for you:
You won’t feel depressed anymore. You’ll be able to feel happy again.
You’ll find yourself interested in the things you used to like but just might not feel like doing at the moment.
If there’s something that you feel bad, worthless or guilty about, you won’t feel that way anymore.
You’ll have a normal appetite again. If you have weird cravings now, those will most likely subside.
If you were gaining significant weight (44% of people with depression do), you won’t feel the need to eat like you do (emotional eating or binge eating).
If you were having a hard time maintaining your weight (12% of people with depression do), your weight will balance out again. (You won’t feel like something is eating you up inside and you won’t find that you have no appetite anymore).
You’ll be able to sleep again at night. You won’t wake up between 1-3 am thinking about what’s bothering you subconsciously.
You won’t have a hard time staying awake anymore. (Because you’ll be able to sleep full nights, and you won’t be thinking about the thing that’s bothering you non-stop and wasting your energy on it. (Your brain uses ~20% of your energy when it’s doing nothing. Imagine how much it uses when it’s doing something and can’t stop).
If you’re currently having night terrors or flashbacks, you won’t have them anymore.
Your energy levels will go back to normal. And you’ll feel like you have energy again.
You won’t blow up or freak out on people so easily anymore, if you do now. The things you went through that cause that problem won’t bother you anymore so you won’t overreact like you might currently.
You won’t feel as defensive as you do because you won’t feel on edge anymore, if you currently do.
You’ll be able to think and concentrate again.
You’ll have a clear mind.
You’ll regain your attention span.
You’re ability to learn, retain and recall information easily will increase.
Basically, your marks will go up in school, if you’re in school. Your work performance will increase effortlessly.
You won’t experience brain fog anymore.
If you’re looking for an exit strategy or a way out and suicide seems like your only option. You won’t feel that way anymore.
Your sex drive will go back to normal.
You won’t experience the symptoms of depression anymore.
You’ll Break Out Of These Cycles:
You won’t feel the need to be on meds to feel somewhat “normal” and get through your days.
You won’t be stuck taking meds anymore (average duration 5.5 years) or paying for meds (average cost $7,499.42 out of pocket according to NAMI).
You won’t have to do therapy anymore or keep reliving the crap that caused the problem in the first place (which inherently makes it worse and keeps you feeling crappy.)
You won’t be stuck wasting time in therapy (average duration 5.8 years) or paying for therapy anymore (average cost $7,371.00 according to NAMI).
You won’t feel the need to drink, do drugs or smoke as much to self medicate and calm your mind / shut your brain off.
17% of people with depression drink alcohol excessively.
22% of people with depression take up smoking or increase the amount they smoke.
8% of people with depression use recreational drugs excessively.
You’ll save all the money you’d spend on that stuff to try and self-medicate… The average cumulative cost of that stuff is $8,065.80 (According to NAMI).
You won’t find yourself attracting abusive people anymore because you won’t look like a victim. When you empower yourself through our program, you have a very different confident body posture and positive energy about you.
If you’re getting in trouble with the law (4% of people with depression do) you won’t feel like doing things that cause those problems.
If you keep finding yourself in fights (6% of people with depression do), you’ll find things don’t set you off the way they used to because you’ll have empowered yourself.

That’s the outcome and result that our program gets for people.
Our program has been getting a lot of attention with the “Anti-Virus for The Mind” since having been featured in the national news on FOX, ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN etc.. Our approach is still very low key, one on one… I’m a small town boy so I understand the importance of that stuff.
The nice thing about our method is that it’s “Content Free”, that means that we don’t need you to tell us what happened, we can help you with out even having you talk about the traumatic event(s), so you don’t have to relive what you went through.
We work with the structure of the problem, not the symptoms. We make sure that our clients get the best treatment possible, quickly and efficiently.
If you want this result / outcome for yourself, here’s what to do next:
If the results listed above and the set of outcomes listed above are something to you’d like for yourself then feel free to reach out and chat me up or email me (Etienne@EtienneGravel.com) and we can get on a call and talk a bit.
If you know someone that could use these results for themselves, one of your kids or relatives etc… then feel free pass this on to them and have them reach out.
Obviously everyone has a different story (everyone’s different) and each case is different and requires an individual diagnosis, so my process is to get on a call with you and see exactly where things are at and see if our program is a good fit for you.
